HOW SELF CHECK-IN WORKS
Step 1 — Book Your Stay
Book your upcoming stay directly through our website at www.theoutpostmontana.com.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your reservation confirmation with the details of your stay.
Step 2 — Receive Your Arrival Information
Your reservation confirmation will explain our modern guest room access process, which is provided by text message.
On the day of check-in, you will receive everything you need to access the building and your assigned room.
Step 3 — Arrive at The Outpost
When you arrive at The Outpost, simply check your text message for the door code to open the main lobby door.
For the safety and security of our guests, our front lobby door code is changed regularly.
Step 4 — Access Your Room Key
Once inside, proceed to the lockboxes where the physical room keys are stored.
Your text message will include the specific lockbox information for your assigned room, allowing you to retrieve your key and access your room with ease.
It is that simple.
There is no need to check in or check out at a front desk. Everything will be ready and waiting for you in your room, so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy your stay.
POLICIES~TERMS~CONDITIONS
Please note that The Outpost is a self-operating hotel with contactless check-in and check-out. There is no traditional front desk, and all arrival information is provided directly to guests prior to check-in.
Smoking Policy
The Outpost is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
Guests who smoke or vape anywhere on the premises will be subject to a minimum $400.00 cleaning and restoration charge to return the room and property to a smoke-free condition. By accepting this policy, guests agree to be charged for any violation of the smoking policy.
Parking
Free street parking is available in front of the hotel. Additional parking is also available in the parking lot located directly across the street.

The Outpost offers nightly, weekly, and monthly rates.
We also offer guests, groups, and companies the option to rent the hotel in its entirety for weekly, monthly, or yearly stays.
